Brooklyn, NYC street strollin’ where graffiti and art are just live. You look left or right, it doesn’t matter… you’ll be surrounded by 100s of moments that random people have left. Through months or years, these moments, in marking form, stand frozen in time; like a conversation waiting to be started. I love that idea, because you can’t ever feel alone. Take the time to acknowledge what’s around you. NYC can feel so lonely sometimes, but that’s when you look down to only see the next step ahead. Don’t! You gotta keep your scope open!

Snapshots of a carnival in Brooklyn.
Was eating outside with my friend, Avalonne, and saw bright lights flickering ahead. Like little kids, we jetted straight for them. Ended up walking into this Carnival and Street Fair. A local church shut down a few blocks of Williamsburg and threw this all weekend. Doncha’ love summer in NY? You run into the best surprises.
